Card Use Information:
Cards are good for 90 days after activated with your 1st call.
Card can be activated anytime within 1st year from date of purchase.
(i.e.- if your card is not used (activated) until the 12th month after purchase,
the 90 day life of the card still begins when you make your 1st call)
